• Perform daily room inspections and cleaning to ensure high standards of hygiene and cleanliness.
• Maintain and restock amenities in guest rooms, including towels, toiletries, and linens.
• Use specialized cleaning equipment and products to ensure thorough and efficient cleaning.
• Address and resolve any maintenance issues promptly to prevent disruptions in guest satisfaction.
• Collaborate with the housekeeping team to ensure consistent quality and efficiency in cleaning operations.
• Adhere to safety protocols and maintain a clean, organized workspace.
• Stay updated on industry trends and best practices in housekeeping.
• Provide excellent customer service to guests and staff alike.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Minimum of 1 year of experience in housekeeping or a related field.
• Strong attention to detail and a commitment to maintaining high standards of cleanliness.
• Familiarity with cleaning equipment and products, such as steam cleaners, vacuum cleaners, and disinfectants.
• Ability to work efficiently under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
• Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
• Valid certification in housekeeping or hospitality (preferred but not required).
• Physical stamina to perform tasks such as lifting and moving furniture.
