📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Develop and execute sales strategies to acquire new AmarthaLink accounts in Kebumen.
Build and maintain strong relationships with local entrepreneurs and business owners.
Provide financial education and guidance to help clients understand and utilize AmarthaLink products and services.
Monitor and track account acquisition metrics to ensure targets are met.
Collaborate with the marketing and operations teams to promote AmarthaLink in Kebumen.
Conduct regular follow-ups and provide excellent customer service to existing clients.
Stay updated with industry trends and best practices in microfinance and financial services.
Participate in team meetings and contribute to the development of sales and marketing strategies.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Economics, or a related field.
Minimum 2 years of experience in sales, business development, or a related field, preferably in the financial services industry.
Strong understanding of microfinance and financial inclusion.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Familiarity with CRM software such as Salesforce or HubSpot.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
Ability to travel within Kebumen and its surrounding areas.
