📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Assist in the processing and clearance of import and export shipments, ensuring compliance with Indonesian customs regulations.
• Prepare and submit necessary customs documentation, including commercial invoices, packing lists, and bills of lading.
• Conduct risk assessments and implement measures to mitigate potential customs issues.
• Collaborate with internal teams and external stakeholders to resolve customs-related queries and disputes.
• Stay updated with changes in customs laws and regulations, and provide training to staff on new procedures.
• Maintain accurate records of customs transactions and ensure timely filing of reports.
• Participate in audits and inspections, providing necessary documentation and assistance.
• Represent the company at customs clearance events and trade exhibitions.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Logistics, or a related field.
• Minimum 3 years of experience in customs clearance or a related role in the logistics industry.
• Knowledge of Indonesian customs regulations and procedures.
• Proficiency in using SIMDA and SATUIN.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.
• Fluency in both English and Indonesian.
• Valid customs clearance certificate or equivalent qualification.
