📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Develop and implement HR strategies aligned with business objectives, focusing on talent acquisition, retention, and development.
Lead employee engagement initiatives to foster a positive work environment and drive productivity.
Manage the recruitment process, including sourcing, interviewing, and onboarding new hires.
Oversee performance management, including goal setting, feedback, and development planning.
Provide strategic advice on workforce planning, succession planning, and change management.
Ensure compliance with local and international labor laws and regulations.
Build and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders, including senior management, employees, and external partners.
Monitor and analyze HR metrics to identify trends and areas for improvement.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
Minimum of 5 years of experience in HR, with a strong track record in strategic HR initiatives.
Proven experience in talent acquisition, retention, and development.
Strong knowledge of HRIS systems, such as Workday, SAP SuccessFactors, or Oracle HCM.
Certification in HR management or a related field (e.g., SHRM-CP, PHR, or SPHR).
Excellent communication, interpersonal, and analytical skills.
Ability to work collaboratively in a multicultural environment.
Fluency in English, with additional language skills an advantage.
