📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Manage patient check-ins and ensure a smooth check-in process
• Coordinate appointment schedules and manage patient records using our in-house software
• Assist in the organization of medical records and ensure compliance with healthcare regulations
• Provide excellent customer service to patients and address their inquiries promptly
• Coordinate with healthcare professionals to ensure timely and efficient patient care
• Assist in the management of clinic inventory and supplies
• Maintain a clean and organized clinic environment
• Participate in continuous quality improvement initiatives to enhance patient care

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Minimum 2 years of experience in a patient services or administrative role in a healthcare setting
• Proficient in using medical software and electronic health record systems
• Strong organizational and time management skills
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Empathetic and patient-oriented attitude
• Ability to work well under pressure in a fast-paced environment
• Fluency in both English and Bahasa Indonesia
• Bachelor's degree in Healthcare Administration, Business Administration, or a related field
