📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Oversee the daily operations and maintenance of hotel facilities, including housekeeping, landscaping, and engineering services.
• Manage and optimize the facilities budget using SAP FICO and Microsoft Dynamics 365.
• Coordinate with vendors and service providers to ensure timely delivery of maintenance and repair services.
• Implement and monitor energy-saving initiatives to reduce operational costs and environmental impact.
• Conduct regular inspections and audits to ensure compliance with health and safety regulations.
• Develop and maintain comprehensive facilities management policies and procedures.
• Provide leadership and mentorship to the facilities team, fostering a culture of excellence and continuous improvement.
• Collaborate with the hotel management team to align facilities operations with overall business objectives.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Bachelor's degree in Facilities Management, Hotel Management, or a related field.
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in facilities management in the hospitality industry.
• Certification in LEED Green Associate or equivalent is a plus.
• Proven experience with SAP FICO and Microsoft Dynamics 365.
• Strong leadership and team management skills.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
• Fluency in English and Bahasa Indonesia.
