📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Managing receivables and ensuring timely collection of payments from clients.
• Maintaining strong relationships with clients to facilitate smooth transactions and resolve any issues promptly.
• Ensuring compliance with company policies and procedures related to debt recovery.
• Conducting regular follow-ups with clients to track payment status and negotiate payment plans if necessary.
• Providing excellent customer service and building positive relationships with clients.
• Generating reports on collection activities and providing regular updates to the management team.
• Assisting in the preparation and organization of auction events, including client coordination and logistics.
• Collaborating with other departments to ensure seamless operations and customer satisfaction.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Minimum of 2 years of experience in debt recovery, collections, or a related field.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills to effectively interact with clients and build strong relationships.
• Proficient in using Microsoft Office Suite, including Excel and Word.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
• Strong problem-solving and negotiation skills.
• Familiarity with Indonesian banking and financial regulations.
• Valid driver's license and reliable transportation.
• Willingness to travel and work in various locations as required.
