📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Monitor and maintain IT infrastructure to ensure high availability and performance.,Provide technical support to clients, including troubleshooting and problem resolution.,Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and implement improvements in IT operations.,Develop and maintain documentation for IT systems and processes.,Participate in on-call rotations to ensure timely response to critical issues.,Stay up-to-date with emerging technologies and industry trends to drive innovation in IT operations.,Conduct regular reviews and audits of IT systems to ensure compliance with security and operational standards.,Train and mentor junior team members to develop their technical skills and knowledge.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.,Minimum of 3 years of experience in a similar role, preferably in a global IT environment.,Strong knowledge of IT infrastructure, including servers, networks, and storage systems.,Proficiency in scripting languages such as Python, Perl, or Bash.,Experience with cloud platforms such as AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud.,Familiarity with DevOps practices and tools such as Docker, Kubernetes, and Jenkins.,Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills.,Strong communication and interpersonal skills to effectively collaborate with team members and clients.
