In this role, you will be responsible for taking orders, serving food and beverages, and ensuring a seamless dining experience for our customers. You will work in a fast-paced environment, interacting with a diverse range of guests, and contributing to a positive and memorable visit for each customer.

📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Taking and processing customer orders accurately and efficiently.
• Serving food and beverages to customers in a timely and professional manner.
• Ensuring the cleanliness and presentation of food and dining areas.
• Assisting with inventory management and restocking as needed.
• Providing exceptional customer service and ensuring guest satisfaction.
• Working collaboratively with the kitchen and bar staff to ensure smooth operations.
• Adhering to health and safety regulations and food handling procedures.
• Assisting with any additional tasks as required to support the smooth operation of the restaurant.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Minimum 1 year of experience in a food and beverage service role, preferably in a fast-paced restaurant environment.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to interact professionally with a diverse range of customers.
• Strong organizational skills and the ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
• Attention to detail and a commitment to maintaining high standards of cleanliness and presentation.
• Familiarity with basic kitchen equipment and food preparation techniques is a plus.
• Ability to stand for long periods of time and work in a physically demanding environment.
• Must be able to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays.
• Must be able to pass a background check and drug test.
