📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Assist in the preparation of financial reports and statements using QuickBooks or similar software
• Process invoices, payments, and receipts, ensuring timely and accurate financial transactions
• Maintain and update financial records, including general ledger, accounts payable, and accounts receivable
• Support the finance team in budgeting, forecasting, and financial analysis
• Assist in the preparation of tax filings and ensure compliance with local and international tax regulations
• Provide administrative support to the finance team, including data entry, filing, and organization
• Assist in the preparation of financial statements and ensure their accuracy
• Support the finance team in the preparation of financial forecasts and budgets

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field
• Minimum 2 years of experience in a finance or accounting role, preferably in an international business environment
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, including Excel and Word
• Experience with QuickBooks or similar accounting software is a plus
• Strong attention to detail and excellent organizational skills
• Ability to work well in a team and under pressure
• Fluent in English, both written and spoken
• Knowledge of international finance and tax regulations is a plus
