• Monitor and assess children's progress, providing feedback and support as needed.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Bachelor's degree in Early Childhood Education, Psychology, or a related field.
• Minimum of 3 years of experience as a preschool teacher or a similar role.
• Certification in early childhood education, such as Montessori, Waldorf, or another recognized program.
• Strong knowledge of child development, play-based learning, and educational psychology.
• Excellent communication, leadership, and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work collaboratively with a diverse team of educators and parents.
