📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Oversee the daily operations and maintenance of hotel facilities, including housekeeping, landscaping, and engineering services.
Manage and optimize the facilities budget using SAP FICO and Microsoft Dynamics 365.
Coordinate with vendors and service providers to ensure timely delivery of maintenance and repair services.
Implement and monitor energy-saving initiatives to reduce operational costs and environmental impact.
Conduct regular inspections and audits to ensure compliance with health and safety regulations.
Develop and maintain comprehensive facilities management policies and procedures.
Provide leadership and mentorship to the facilities team, fostering a culture of excellence and continuous improvement.
Collaborate with the hotel management team to align facilities operations with overall business objectives.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Facilities Management, Hotel Management, or a related field.
Minimum of 5 years of experience in facilities management in the hospitality industry.
Certification in LEED Green Associate or equivalent is a plus.
Proven experience with SAP FICO and Microsoft Dynamics 365.
Strong leadership and team management skills.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
Fluency in English and Bahasa Indonesia.
