📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Perform routine maintenance and repairs on electrical, mechanical, and structural systems in retail and commercial facilities.
• Inspect and troubleshoot equipment to identify and resolve issues promptly.
• Conduct preventive maintenance to minimize downtime and extend the lifespan of facilities.
• Work with HVAC systems, including installation, maintenance, and repair.
• Ensure compliance with safety regulations and best practices.
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of work areas.
• Collaborate with the facility management team to implement improvements and upgrades.
• Provide technical support to store staff as needed.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Minimum 2 years of experience in maintenance and repair of retail or commercial facilities.
• Proficient in using electrical and mechanical tools, including but not limited to, multimeters, oscilloscopes, and wrenches.
• Familiarity with HVAC systems and plumbing is a plus.
• Knowledge of building codes and safety regulations.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
• Valid driver's license and willingness to travel.
• Ability to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed.
