📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Plan and implement age-appropriate learning activities and curricula for children aged 3-6 years.
• Create a safe, inclusive, and stimulating learning environment that promotes social, emotional, and cognitive development.
• Assist in the development and implementation of the school's educational programs and policies.
• Monitor and assess students' progress, providing feedback and support as needed.
• Collaborate with parents and caregivers to ensure a seamless transition between home and school.
• Stay updated with the latest trends and best practices in early childhood education, incorporating new methods and technologies into the learning process.
• Participate in team meetings and professional development activities to enhance teaching skills and knowledge.
• Maintain accurate records of student attendance, progress, and any special needs or concerns.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Bachelor's degree in Early Childhood Education, Psychology, or a related field.
• Minimum of 2 years of experience in early childhood education, preferably in a formal PAUD setting.
• Certification in early childhood education (e.g., CPSE, CPE, or equivalent) is a plus.
• Strong knowledge of child development theories and best practices in early childhood education.
• Excellent communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills.
• Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.
• Fluency in both written and spoken Indonesian is required.
• Passion for working with young children and a commitment to their holistic development.
