In this role, you'll be responsible for maintaining and enhancing our IT infrastructure, including servers, networks, and databases. You'll also support the development and implementation of new applications, ensuring they meet the needs of our business units. With a focus on continuous improvement, you'll play a key role in optimizing our IT systems to support our growth ambitions.

📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Provide advanced IT support for business-critical applications, ensuring high availability and performance.
• Maintain and enhance our IT infrastructure, including servers, networks, and databases.
• Support the development and implementation of new applications, working closely with business units to understand their needs.
• Monitor and analyze IT systems to identify areas for improvement and optimization.
• Ensure compliance with IT policies, procedures, and industry standards.
• Provide technical guidance and support to end-users, helping them to maximize the benefits of our IT systems.
• Collaborate with the IT Application Manager to drive digital transformation initiatives.
• Stay up-to-date with the latest IT trends and technologies, and recommend appropriate solutions for our business.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field.
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in IT support, with a focus on business-critical applications.
• Strong knowledge of IT infrastructure, including servers, networks, and databases.
• Experience with ITIL framework and best practices.
• Proficiency in English, both written and spoken.
• Certifications in IT support, such as CompTIA A+, CompTIA Network+, or Microsoft Certified: Azure Administrator Associate, are a plus.
• Experience with IT project management and change management.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
