📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Develop and execute sales strategies to acquire new AmarthaLink accounts in Kebumen.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with local entrepreneurs and business owners.
• Provide financial education and guidance to help clients understand and utilize AmarthaLink products and services.
• Monitor and track account acquisition metrics to ensure targets are met.
• Collaborate with the marketing and operations teams to promote AmarthaLink in Kebumen.
• Conduct regular follow-ups and provide excellent customer service to existing clients.
• Stay updated with industry trends and best practices in microfinance and financial services.
• Participate in team meetings and contribute to the development of sales and marketing strategies.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Economics, or a related field.
• Minimum 2 years of experience in sales, business development, or a related field, preferably in the financial services industry.
• Strong understanding of microfinance and financial inclusion.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Familiarity with CRM software such as Salesforce or HubSpot.
