📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Drive sales through online platforms such as WhatsApp, Instagram, and Facebook.
• Build and maintain strong customer relationships to ensure customer satisfaction and loyalty.
• Manage and track sales performance using tools like Google Sheets and Salesforce.
• Provide excellent customer service and address customer inquiries and concerns promptly.
• Stay updated with the latest trends and developments in the audio industry.
• Collaborate with the marketing team to develop and execute sales promotions and campaigns.
• Ensure all sales transactions are processed accurately and efficiently.
• Provide regular reports on sales performance and customer feedback to the management team.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat
