📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Oversee the daily operations of the warehouse, including inventory management, order fulfillment, and receiving.,Manage and motivate a team of warehouse staff, ensuring they are trained and equipped to perform their duties effectively.,Implement and maintain warehouse procedures to ensure efficiency and accuracy in operations.,Ensure compliance with all safety regulations and standards in the warehouse.,Conduct regular inventory audits to ensure accuracy and prevent stock losses.,Coordinate with other departments to ensure smooth and timely order fulfillment.,Manage and maintain warehouse equipment and tools, ensuring they are in good working condition.,Resolve any issues or conflicts that may arise within the warehouse team.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, or a related field.,Minimum of 3 years of experience in warehouse management or a similar role.,Strong knowledge of warehouse operations, inventory management, and logistics principles.,Excellent leadership and organizational skills, with the ability to manage a team effectively.,Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work well with others.,Familiarity with warehouse management software and systems is a plus.,Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines.,Valid driver's license and the ability to operate a forklift or other warehouse equipment.
