📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Lead the development and implementation of digital governance strategies and initiatives in Bangka Belitung.,Collaborate with government agencies, private sector partners, and other stakeholders to drive digital transformation.,Monitor and evaluate the progress of digital governance projects, ensuring alignment with the province's strategic goals.,Foster innovation and technology adoption within the province, promoting the use of digital tools and platforms.,Build and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders, including government officials, business leaders, and the public.,Represent DGSI and the province at national and international events, conferences, and forums related to digital governance.,Oversee the development and maintenance of the province's digital infrastructure and systems.,Develop and implement training programs to enhance the digital skills and capabilities of government employees and the public.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in a relevant field, such as Public Administration, Information Technology, or a related discipline.,Minimum of 10 years of experience in a senior management role within the public sector, with a proven track record in digital governance and transformation.,Strong understanding of digital governance principles, policies, and best practices.,Excellent leadership and communication skills, with the ability to influence and inspire stakeholders at all levels.,Proven ability to manage complex projects and initiatives, with a focus on achieving results.,Familiarity with the Indonesian government's digital transformation agenda and policies.,Strong network of contacts within the public and private sectors in Bangka Belitung.,Fluency in both English and Indonesian languages.
