PT Putra Karya is looking for a dedicated Senior Shop Assistant to join our team in Gorontalo. In this role, you will be responsible for assisting customers, managing inventory, and ensuring a positive shopping experience. The ideal candidate should have excellent communication skills, a strong work ethic, and a passion for customer service.

📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Assist customers with product selection, pricing, and checkout processes.,Manage inventory levels and restock products as needed.,Ensure the store is clean and well-organized at all times.,Handle cash transactions and maintain accurate sales records.,Provide exceptional customer service and resolve any issues promptly.,Train and mentor junior staff members.,Participate in store promotions and sales events.,Collaborate with the team to achieve daily and monthly sales targets.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Minimum of 2 years of experience in a retail or customer service role.,Strong knowledge of retail operations and customer service best practices.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.,Ability to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines.,Familiarity with basic inventory management systems.,Proficient in using computer systems for sales and inventory tracking.,Ability to lift and move items weighing up to 20 kg.,Willingness to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays.
