📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Develop and implement comprehensive quality assurance strategies and methodologies.,Lead and mentor QA engineers and junior staff to ensure high standards of quality.,Conduct thorough testing and analysis of semiconductor products to identify and resolve issues.,Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless integration and performance of products.,Stay updated with the latest industry trends and technologies to enhance QA processes.,Document test plans, test cases, and test results for future reference and compliance.,Work closely with the development team to ensure that products meet the required quality standards.,Participate in continuous improvement initiatives to enhance the overall quality of our products.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Electrical Engineering, or a related field.,5+ years of experience in QA engineering, preferably in the semiconductor industry.,Strong knowledge of semiconductor testing tools and methodologies.,Experience with test automation frameworks and tools.,Proficiency in programming languages such as Python, Java, or C++.,Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills.,Strong communication and interpersonal skills.,Ability to work in a fast-paced and dynamic environment.
