📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Provide excellent customer service to retail customers, ensuring their needs are met and their shopping experience is enjoyable.,Manage the retail sales floor, ensuring it is well-stocked, organized, and appealing to customers.,Assist in the development and implementation of sales strategies and promotions to drive revenue growth.,Train and mentor junior staff members to ensure high levels of customer service and sales performance.,Handle cash transactions and manage the retail sales register accurately and efficiently.,Monitor inventory levels and place orders for restocking as needed.,Collaborate with the marketing team to support in-store promotions and events.,Provide regular sales reports and insights to the management team.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.,Minimum of 2 years of experience in retail sales or a similar role.,Strong understanding of retail operations and customer service best practices.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.,Ability to work well under pressure and meet sales targets.,Familiarity with point-of-sale (POS) systems and inventory management software.,Proven track record of driving sales growth and customer satisfaction.,Ability to lift and move merchandise as needed.
