📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan
Tanggung Jawab:
Reviewing insurance policies, documents, and applications to ensure compliance with company standards and regulations.Identifying and reporting any discrepancies or errors in the insurance process.Collaborating with the sales and customer service teams to resolve customer issues and improve product quality.Conducting quality audits and inspections to maintain high-quality standards.Providing feedback and recommendations for process improvements.Ensuring all quality control procedures are followed and documented.Assisting in the training and development of new QC staff.Participating in continuous quality improvement initiatives.🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat
Kualifikasi:
Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Insurance, or a related field.Minimum of 2 years of experience in Quality Control or a similar role in the insurance industry.Strong knowledge of insurance products, processes, and regulations.Excellent attention to detail and analytical skills.Strong communication and interpersonal skills.Familiarity with quality assurance software and tools is a plus.Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet tight deadlines.Proficient in English and Indonesian languages.🛠️ Keahlian
