📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Tanggung Jawab:

  • Manage procurement processes, including vendor selection, contract negotiation, and order placement.
  • Source high-quality materials and supplies at competitive prices.
  • Monitor inventory levels and place reorder requests as needed.
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date procurement records.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to ensure timely delivery of materials and supplies.
  • Conduct regular supplier evaluations and performance reviews.
  • Stay updated with industry trends and best practices in procurement.
  • Assist in the development and implementation of procurement policies and procedures.

    • 🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

    Kualifikasi:

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Supply Chain Management, or related field.
  • Minimum 2 years of experience in procurement or supply chain management.
  • Strong knowledge of procurement processes and best practices.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Proficient in using Microsoft Office Suite, especially Excel.
  • Familiarity with ERP systems is a plus.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Strong problem-solving and decision-making skills.
