📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Recruiting and onboarding new employees,Managing employee relations and resolving conflicts,Developing and implementing HR policies and procedures,Conducting performance reviews and providing feedback,Managing employee benefits and compensation,Assisting with payroll processing,Supporting the management team with HR-related projects and initiatives,Maintaining accurate and up-to-date employee records

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field,Minimum of 2 years of experience in HR,Strong knowledge of Indonesian labor laws and regulations,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills,Proficient in using HR software and tools,Ability to work well under pressure and meet deadlines,Fluency in Indonesian and English is a plus,Previous experience in a retail or fast-moving consumer goods (FMCG) environment is a plus
