🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
• Minimum of 3 years of experience in recruitment or talent acquisition.
• Proven success in hiring for the hospitality or restaurant industry.
• Strong understanding of local labor laws and employment regulations in Indonesia.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Proficiency in English and Bahasa Indonesia.
