📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Manage the recruitment and selection process, including advertising, interviewing, and hiring.,Develop and implement HR policies and procedures to ensure compliance with labor laws and company regulations.,Oversee employee benefits, including health insurance, retirement plans, and other perks.,Conduct performance evaluations and provide feedback to employees.,Handle employee relations, including resolving conflicts and addressing grievances.,Manage employee training and development programs to enhance skills and performance.,Stay updated with labor laws and regulations to ensure compliance and make recommendations for improvements.,Assist in the development and implementation of HR strategies to support business goals.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.,Minimum of 5 years of experience in HR management, preferably in a similar industry.,Strong knowledge of Indonesian labor laws and regulations.,Proven experience in recruitment, employee relations, and performance management.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.,Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.,Proficiency in using HR software and tools.,Familiarity with HR best practices and trends.
