Franchise Training Manager - Retail & Consumer Products

📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Develop and implement comprehensive training programs for franchisees, including onboarding, product knowledge, customer service, and operational procedures.
• Conduct regular training sessions, workshops, and seminars to ensure franchisees are well-equipped to meet company standards and customer expectations.
• Monitor and evaluate the performance of franchisees to identify areas for improvement and provide targeted training and support.
• Collaborate with franchise owners, managers, and employees to address any issues or challenges and develop solutions that enhance overall performance.
• Stay up-to-date with industry trends, best practices, and new products to continuously improve training programs and ensure franchisees are equipped with the latest knowledge and skills.
• Provide ongoing coaching and mentoring to franchisees to support their professional growth and development.
• Work closely with the marketing and sales teams to align training programs with business objectives and customer needs.
• Assist in the development and implementation of new franchise expansion initiatives.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Retail Management, or a related field.
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in franchise training, retail management, or a similar role in the consumer products industry.
• Proven track record of developing and implementing effective training programs.
• Strong leadership and communication skills, with the ability to inspire and motivate franchisees.
• Excellent organizational and project management skills, with the ability to manage multiple initiatives simultaneously.
• Proficiency in using Microsoft Office Suite, including PowerPoint, Excel, and Outlook.
• Experience with franchise management software, such as FranConnect or other similar platforms, is a plus.
• Familiarity with the retail and consumer products industry in Bali is a strong asset.
