📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Assist the Head Chef in preparing and cooking meals according to established recipes and standards.,Maintain high standards of food safety and hygiene in the kitchen.,Stock and manage inventory of food and kitchen supplies.,Prepare and cook a variety of dishes for the restaurant's menu.,Assist in training and mentoring junior staff members.,Participate in kitchen meetings and contribute to the development of new menu items.,Ensure that all food preparation areas are clean and organized.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Minimum 2 years of experience as a Commis Chef or similar role in a professional kitchen.,Proven track record of working in a high-volume restaurant environment.,Strong knowledge of food safety and hygiene practices.,Ability to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines.,Good communication and teamwork skills.,Familiarity with local and international cuisines is a plus.,Ability to lift and carry heavy objects up to 20 kg.
