As a Captain, you will be responsible for leading and managing our team, ensuring smooth operations, and maintaining high standards of service. 📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Lead and manage the team, ensuring all tasks are completed efficiently and effectively.,Oversee daily operations and ensure all safety protocols are followed.,Maintain high standards of service and customer satisfaction.,Coordinate with other departments to ensure seamless operations.,Handle customer complaints and resolve issues promptly.,Ensure all equipment and vehicles are in good working condition.,Monitor and report on team performance and operational metrics.,Participate in team meetings and provide feedback and support.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Minimum 3 years of experience as a Captain or similar role.,Valid driver's license and clean driving record.,Good knowledge of local routes and traffic regulations.,Excellent leadership and communication skills.,Ability to work well under pressure and meet deadlines.,Strong problem-solving and decision-making skills.,Familiarity with safety and operational protocols.,Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays.
