📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Assist in managing the sales floor, ensuring a clean and organized environment.,Provide excellent customer service to both customers and colleagues.,Assist in stock management and inventory control.,Support the sales team in achieving daily, weekly, and monthly sales targets.,Assist in training and developing new team members.,Participate in sales promotions and special events.,Assist in the preparation of sales reports and data analysis.,Maintain accurate records of sales transactions and customer interactions.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

High school diploma or equivalent.,Minimum 1 year of experience in retail sales or a related field.,Strong communication and interpersonal skills.,Ability to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines.,Familiarity with basic sales techniques and strategies.,Good knowledge of Indonesian language, both written and spoken.,Ability to lift and move heavy objects up to 20 kg.,Willingness to work in a fast-paced retail environment.
