📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Provide direct patient care, including assessment, treatment, and monitoring of patients' health status.,Manage and supervise a team of nurses, ensuring they are performing their duties effectively and efficiently.,Develop and implement care plans for patients, in collaboration with the healthcare team.,Ensure compliance with healthcare regulations, policies, and procedures.,Participate in staff meetings and training sessions to maintain and improve nursing skills.,Assist in the recruitment, training, and development of nursing staff.,Maintain accurate and up-to-date patient records and documentation.,Promote a positive and safe working environment for both patients and staff.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Nursing from an accredited institution.,Minimum of 5 years of experience as an Inpatient Nurse.,Certification as a Registered Nurse (RN) in Indonesia.,Strong knowledge of healthcare regulations, policies, and procedures.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.,Ability to work well under pressure and manage multiple tasks simultaneously.,Proficiency in English and Indonesian languages.,Experience in managing and supervising a team of healthcare professionals.
