We are seeking a talented and motivated Senior Audit & Accounts Associate to join our team. This role is also suitable for recent graduates looking to gain valuable experience in the field of accounting and auditing.

📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Conducting and supervising audit engagements, including fieldwork and reporting.,Assisting in the preparation of financial statements and ensuring compliance with accounting standards.,Reviewing and analyzing financial records to identify discrepancies and potential risks.,Preparing and presenting audit reports to clients and management.,Assisting in the development and implementation of internal control systems.,Providing guidance and support to junior staff and interns.,Participating in continuous professional development activities.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.,Professional accounting qualification (e.g., CPA, ACCA) is an advantage.,Minimum 2 years of experience in audit and accounting, or recent graduate with strong academic background.,Strong knowledge of accounting standards and regulations.,Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.,Strong communication and interpersonal skills.,Proficiency in English is required; proficiency in Bahasa Indonesia is an advantage.

🛠️ Keahlian

Audit and accounting software proficiency (e.g.SAPOracleQuickBooks).Financial analysis and reporting skills.Attention to detail and accuracy.Time management and organizational skills.Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
