📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Maintain the cleanliness and organization of the office space,Assist in the preparation of office materials and supplies,Manage and maintain office equipment and technology,Support the office staff with various administrative tasks,Ensure the office is secure and safe at all times,Assist in the organization and distribution of mail and documents,Maintain a high level of confidentiality and discretion,Perform other duties as assigned by the management

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Minimum of high school diploma or equivalent,Minimum of 1 year of experience in a similar role,Strong organizational and time management skills,Good communication and interpersonal skills,Ability to work well in a team environment,Keen eye for detail and ability to follow instructions,Familiarity with office equipment and technology,Ability to lift and carry heavy objects
