📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Assist the Head Waiter in managing the dining room operations.,Take food and beverage orders from customers and ensure timely delivery.,Provide excellent customer service and maintain a clean and organized dining area.,Assist in inventory management and restocking of supplies.,Participate in training and development programs to enhance your skills.,Adhere to health and safety regulations and maintain a clean and hygienic work environment.,Handle customer complaints and resolve issues promptly and professionally.,Assist in special events and promotions to enhance the dining experience.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Minimum of 1 year of experience as a Waiter or similar role in the hospitality industry.,Strong communication and interpersonal skills.,Ability to work well under pressure and in a fast-paced environment.,Good knowledge of food and beverage services.,Familiarity with basic inventory management and POS systems.,Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively.,Willingness to learn and adapt to new procedures and technologies.,Proven ability to handle customer complaints and maintain a positive attitude.
