Shine Base Corporindo is looking for an Assistant Training Officer to join our team in Sleman, DI Yogyakarta. This role is perfect for someone who is passionate about training and development and wants to make a difference in the workplace. As an Assistant Training Officer, you will be responsible for assisting in the planning, implementation, and evaluation of training programs. You will work closely with the Training Officer to ensure that all training activities are carried out smoothly and effectively. 📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Assist in the planning and development of training programs and materials,Coordinate with trainers and participants to ensure smooth training sessions,Conduct pre and post-training evaluations to assess the effectiveness of training programs,Maintain and update training records and reports,Assist in the management of training budgets and resources,Provide administrative support to the Training Officer,Assist in the organization of training events and workshops,Promote a positive and inclusive training environment

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Psychology, Education, or related field,Minimum of 1 year of experience in training and development or related field,Strong organizational and time management skills,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills,Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite,Familiarity with training management software is a plus,Ability to work well in a team and independently,Fluency in English and Indonesian is required
